We all have moment in our lives that God has fashioned in a "just such a time as this" way. Know where yours are?

Such a beautiful sound on a haunting melody.
We continue our series on those who walk with God. Today's figure is the larger than llife David -- whose life is all too much like our own.
What a beautiful anthem we had this morning!
This morning we continued our series on Walking with God with an unlikely, but extremely valuable walker who had a great deal to teach us.
Another incredible day of music, with a full complement of altos and sopranos this morning. We were blessed!
We know the story of Moses so well -- even if we know part of it from The Ten Commandments and our image of Moses looks a lot like Charleton Heston! But the story of Moses and the burning bush teaches us so much about the lengths to which God will go to get us on the path He knows is the right path.
The story of Abraham, Sarah and Hagar - and their children Ishmael and Isaac -- is a long an complicated story, but it teaches us so much. My favorite lesson is this: God doesn't call or walk with only perfect people, but with flawed people, just like us.
Beautiful music today with Michelle Azar's "Safe Within Your Arms" and a toe-tapping rendition of "Take Me to the River"!
Verse 1 :
Whether I'm right or whether I'm wrong
Whether I'm weak or whether I'm strong
Whether I'm sure or may be confused
Feeling loved or feeling used
I know a place where I can go
somewhere that winter winds don't blow
There I am warmed by loving arms
held with care, next to Your heart
Chorus :
And I'm safe, within Your arms, Lord.
I've become a child again
I've come back to the source of love,
where healing can begin
Though the would say
I must be strong and prove my worth
by what I do
I will rest assured in Your embrace
and find my strength in You
Verse 2 :
Whether I'm walking in the light
or whether I'm stumbling through the night
You are a God, whose promise endures
Though undeserved, Your love is sure
When I an tempted to pursue
plans that may lead me far away from You
gently You call, "My child, come home.
I will never let go of one of my own."
